Recent Accomplishments
Membership has expanded as interest in 100 Hispanic Women continues to grow. We have approximately 2,000 members, as compared to the 30 co-founders who gathered at the organization’s inception in 1996.
100 Hispanic Women Inc. is in the midst of an expansion. In 2006,we opened an Albany chapter. These offices are a wonderful addition to our existing Westchester chapter, established in 1999.

The 100 Hispanic Women brings its membership together to participate in a series of symposiums covering topics from professional development and education to health and wealth management.
The organization has attracted experts and key Latina influentials to address its members, including: former Senator of New York State Hilary Clinton, Ida L. Castro, former Chairwoman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Dr. Antonia Coello Novello, former U.S. Surgeon General and former Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health; Sila Calderon, former governor of Puerto Rico; Nydia Velasquez, New York Congresswoman; and Loretta Sanchez, California Congresswoman, many other dignitaries.
